Product Details
California condor #342 was the second wild-born condor in Arizona after the captive breeding program began in 1983. #342 hatched May 10th, 2004 in Vermilion Cliffs National Monument. He is the grandson of AC-9 who was the last wild condor caught for the captive breeding program in 1987.
To the best of my knowledge, this is the first platinum/palladium print of a California condor ever created. This is a way to own an affordable copy of the original platinum print.
I took this portrait of #342 near the Vermilion Cliffs in March 2017.
This is a signed, limited-edition, archival black and white print of 200. It is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Smooth paper ensuring the utmost quality in the print that will last over a lifetime. This is an affordable print option for those that want to own a print from my Platinum/Palladium California Condor series.
